Cleaning a Mantis?

My mantis was recently sick and as a result, she has her face covered in vomit. Since she is crippled and unable to clean herself, is there someway to clean it off without harming her? I have cleaned it partially with a wet tissue, but it is hard to get near her eyes and antennae, and I'm not sure if it might damage her eyes if I rub too hard.

Or if the vomit shouldn't cause any health issues, should I just leave it instead and hope that it comes off over time?

You could put a few drops of water on her face and top of her head, then wipe it off after afew minutes. Just dip your finger in water and touch her with them.

Place some droplets on her face and take a Q-tip and dab her face so she can be cleaned.
