Could this be the Statilia maculata (Thunberg, 1784)?
5 cm in length, with black marks on inner side of front legs, look like a Statilia maculata.
A few photos have been added to show the relavent size of this species, and in particular, the inner size of the front legs (femur) in more detailed. Somehow, stange thing is the different specimen has different coloring, with some showing yellow and metalic blue hue, while others has no such brilliant marking. The size and propotion make this species ideal to keep, and the unexpected different color morph adding the interests. The color can go from jade green to rustish red, and the later being my faver.
Recently a couple of pairs being found down south Taiwan ( the only region being sighted for this species so far ,tropical region), and hope having success to breed and would see what will follow.
