Creepy mealworm

So I bought mealworms for my mantids and when I opened the container when I got home I found a creepy grey hairy one. Is it safe to feed the other ones to the mantids?

Same--I've never had a grey hairy mealworm and I wouldn't take the risk.

You should return them and get a new container.
