Mine like Flyscream. I could faintly hear my mantids singing at night when they must've thought we humans were asleep.

She ate that meal worm like a cob of corn! Most mantids start at the end and work their way to the other end.

It must have been cool to watch. I'll have to get some mealworms and try it out. Never done it before.

This species likes to deposit ootheca on twig, leave some sticks (thicker than chopstick) and you will likely see a nice ootheca on it soon.
