Step One: Push a twig into a clump of modeling clay.

Step Two: Let gravid female Creobroter gemmatus loose on it.

Step Three: Feed her some yum-yums.

Step Four: Introduce a male brave enough to sneak up on her.

Step Five: Let nature take its course.

Nice series of images showing the courting, mating ritual.

Mine like Flyscream. I could faintly hear my mantids singing at night when they must've thought we humans were asleep.

♪We scream, you scream, we all scream for Flyscream!♫

Congrates! Watch out Henry, another meal and she might explode! Mealworms and flies everywhere

This species likes to deposit ootheca on twig, leave some sticks (thicker than chopstick) and you will likely see a nice ootheca on it soon. :)
