Post processing was done entirely with the free video software VirtualDub, a trial of Sony Vegas Pro was used only to add the scene fades.

This video is brilliant!

The lighting is just right for me and it is very sharp in my standards. :p

How did you get such a large DoF? My videos turn out absolutely terrible when I try to get a macro as I don't know how to change the aperture!

Again, just as in shooting stills, I'm finding that f/32 is quite useful. It's proven a bit more difficult with video as the light source needs to be constant ... it's one thing getting a studio strobe to flash with enough force to fill the sensor, but what is required with video is that I get this much light on a continuous basis, while not scaring off the subject or burning down the house.
