has anyone ever had a creobroter that was very small say like as big as a gambian mantis or something like that as it seems that is exactly what I have right now just one creobroter that is a runt and maybe I am just over exaggerating but its pretty small!

It happens. I had a tenodera angustipennis that was way smaller than normal.

Size differences in mantids have always intrigued me. Here is a shot of two wild caught Limbata's from last year......

Not that crazy but still interesting

Wow... You feeding him?
Not much. That was the experiment. I have about 5 more males under such casual testing. He was the first to turn adult.

Actually, seeing your picture above was part of what made me think of doing it. The other thing was that the strain of limbata that I got from ismart / hypoponera made me think that it's possible to make really small limbata adults...

Smallest female is about 1 3/4".
