Didn't get a shot of the actual copulation, phone was too fuzzy.

He hopped on and hitched a ride for 2 hours, began mating, stayed connected for around 14 hours, then hopped off safe and sound.

Is it okay to handle them while they are doing it? I've seen pictures where they are doing it on a hand, I assume the hand got there later.

Yeah I don't see a problem with it, though I usually let them be in the cage. Not sure where you're seeing a hand?

The hand is not yours, just some picture that I saw in the forum.

I was afraid to pick them up, afraid to interrupt and cause dismount, leading to infertile ooth, etc. It'd be nice to relocate and take better pictures, but the risk wasn't worth it.
