Here's my dilemma:
I've been having trouble mating my violins. I've witnessed him hop on the female's back twice, then she freaks out and tries to get him off. They're both plenty old, over two months each.
Female #2 munched his head/torso off on Friday morning, and his lower half is still living. It adjusts its grip and I just held it in my hand as it walked around...extremely creepy.
Should I save the male in hopes that he could still mate? I've been trying to put him on both female's backs and he just grabs on with no mating attempt.
