Dragonfly as food?

I'm starting to get curious on feeding my mantises. Is it ok if I feed a one inch dragonfly to my mantises?

Meh, they may be sharp but are fairly weak. Small dragonflies like those are fragile and offer little to no resistance when crushed by the mantid's fore arms.
