Ok,

That is a Drosera Multifida Extremea, a plant, that has sticky sticky leaves, and devours bugs! It's a carnivorous plant! It can be grown in household temps. and windowsill light. It requires a peat/perlite substrate...

I am US based, and have my own website, www.coastalcarnivores.com, which specializes in such plants, and will have mantids eventually...

Oooh, I had one of these, but it got fried in the summer with most of my other plants...whats their cold tolerance?

they are hardy to about freezing (~38), but nuch below 60 and they will start to go dormant. They should come back in spring, however.

They are native to tropical islands, but are fine in most windowsills...
