Emergency melanogaster fruit flies!

I just had over 350 nymphs hatch and expect a few hundred more in a week or so. I only have 1 culture on hand and it doesn't look like it will be producing very soon.

I need producing cultures or loose fruit flies in a hurry! Any help would be appreciated.

All mine are fairly new, but I could get you one from the reptile store here in town and ship it out for you. I dont know where you are located but I'm assuming not so cal

Thanks to everyone for offering help. I have a friend sending me 4 producing cultures but I won't have them till at least Monday. That's a best I can hope for so disregard this plea for help.

Tell me about it. That's the thing with unknown species. You never know incubation time or hatch rate. I had 2 cultures delivered today but I ordered the day before the ooth hatched! Only thought I'd need them for Orchids next week. And my homegrown cultures are too young.

Just curious Henry, how many ooths hatched?! Or better yet, what specie(s) ???

I am an hour and 10 min away from you, FYI. I always have flyers, just not flightless as often.
