The key with small scorpions is to keep them in a humid environment- they dry out very quickly and turn to mush. The white phase only lasts about 2 weeks so if you get them past that phase you should be fine. The point is that the mother is known to *somehow* transmit water to the scorplings so your biggest problem will probably be water.
My advice, if you can avoid it, don't move them as they're very squishy (basically big bags of goo) and won't fair well if you do. Feed them squished prey items about a third of their size - hydei are good or very small crix but hand-feed direct to their mouths. I had to do this too because the female liked to run around a lot and a few of the babies fell off.
The point is with these is that these scorps are well known for maternal care even into the 3rd or 4th moult - but especially before the first - so you're going to have to be the mother for now
If you must move them, put them on a lightly sprayed bit of sponge or kitchen towel, keep them fairly warm, high 20's or so and watch for mould- but as i said, moving is a bad idea (you'll see why if you try...)
