Evita preparing to molt

My Chaco Golden Knee tarantula is belly up getting ready to molt. This will be her second molt since I got her on November 2, 2013. Love this species, easy to handle, great eater, and fast growth. She has never flicked hair or threaded to bite.

I know, it's funny how they lay on their backs like that. She out of her shed now and so far it looks like a good molt, when she rights herself I'll know for sure.

It's so interesting how they do that. Personally I don't mind spiders, but I don't think id ever love to have one as a pet. If I find them in my house (So long as they aren't black widows) I always leave them alone and let them eat whatever bugs may be in the house. Very cool, i'd love to see a picture after her molt.
