These mantids are eating me out of house and home! This one eats big moths or a few blue bottles a day. They are a really aggressive species too. The ones I have will run from one end of the cage to another to chase down food.

Seriously eh?! They have a great feeding response. One thing I can't get over that I have noticed with my specimens is how they actually pounce on their food!

Mine do that too. They'll long jump to the other end of the cage to catch food even when they're not starving! Most aggressive species I own.
