Feeding Ghosts

Do I have to feed my ghosts only flying insects or can I feed them crickets/spiders/and other land lubbers?

Feeding them flies has been difficult to say the least..

They eat land lubbers to. I feed mine crickets, unless a particular fly is bothering me. Then I catch the little umm, fly.

i love feeding spiders to my guys - I hate spiders....

I feed my mantids crickets, roaches, flies, whatever really!

Bad news is I still have to feed my gongylus flies =(

I tried to give my ghosts a housefly but they are too small still.

I think I need to go get some of the larger fruit flies and they should be about perfect size.

I have the smaller ones now.

If you are going to feed your mantids flies, try freezing the flies for 3 minutes first. Makes it much easier. hehe

I still have flies all over already.
