Feeding L2 Giant Asian

Hi,

I've just got three L2 Giant Asian. Will they be able to feed on micro crickets or just fruit flies?!

ff are best i stay away from crickets

i get that 10 dollah jar and then i just open it and shake everything into the cup or enclosure, and then i watch the nymp get hungry and start chasin them down hehe

You could feed your mantids both micro crickets and or fruit flies. They are both fine feeders.

The larger fruit flies are fine and so are crickets. When they are small the fruit flies are best. Then you could move up to houseflies or bluebottle flies. Adult females of those will need a substantial food source when adult and flies won't cut it. At that point you will likely have to go to roaches or crickets.
