Prey won't stand a chance!!!

The grass is finally starting to sprout... If u look carefully you can see it's pretty high in the back right side behind the pothos.

Hopefully I'll be getting my Springtails next week!

It is growing in well, and looks like it will provide some good cover. Hopefully though it won't grow as fast as it does in yard, or your have your hands busy keeping it trimmed. :)

That's awesome! I want to try a naturalistic enclosure, but I have trouble keeping even simple house plants alive.

@ashleenicole Thanks@ Lol it's not really that hard... Just look for hardy plants the ones I have is pretty much kill proof lol.

@CosbyArt Lol I hope so... The great thing about it that it can be trimmed without issues...

It's fun... It gives me something to do After I feed the Mantis. I added a small usb fan on top of the enclosure to help with the humidity... Even before I added the grass it would spike especially after misting... 50-60 normally but it would jump a whole 10-15 with or without misting. (I actually took the idea from someone the forum but for some reason I can not find his post to thank him and of course I can't remember his name!

@ashleenicole @CosbyArt Another good thing about this set up is all the plants grow up and not out so everything is planted towards the back with a lot of room left towards the front for molting... It's a 8x8x12 so I can say comfortably 4" of the front is a clear path!!!

@ashleenicole sorry for the delay I didn't get a notification about ur post  :(

Everything was purchased in L.A. the pothos and ponytail pal was from H & H Nursery

and the terrarium grass seeds from JTK Reptiles.
