first molting

Hi everyone,

I didn't have time to post this before, but here goes.

on the day after I recieved some ghosts and my Creo, my Creo desided that it was time to molt.

just one hour after I fed and misted it, I came back into the room to see if I could see any eatting. well, the little fool was almost done molting. she never "shook", and to be honest, it is too tiny to see any other signs. but it did it anyway and I ran for the camera just in time. ok, I watched a little first, then ran for the camera. :lol:

Great pics Harry! I love ghosts when they're that small, but they run so fast I can't ever seem to catch them! Mine all seem to be really hyper...

I don't know how you got the Ghost to stay still long enough to take a pic. I just posted a video of an L1 and all it did was run all over.

OMG, both of you are right. they are so hyper and can run so fast.

I thought I lost one today...it jumped away when I tryed to put it back. thankfuly, it just jumped to my finger. but it took me at least two mins before I found it crawling up my hand. :sweatdrop:

...and my L1's are worse! :blink:

but my guys are hams. once the camera is right on their face, they just chill and let me shoot.

Oh, so these are L2? Hard to tell from the pics. I thought there color would have changed.

Yep, L2...I have a couple that just molted to L2, too! (Can tell because they start to have little "wings" on their legs.)

I dunno what y'all are feeding yours! :cowboy: Crack flies, maybe? Mine are just as mellow as could be! Had prod one lil' guy earlier to get him onto my hand!

they are not as black as L1s...and the wings on the legs as was said.
