Hey everyone!
A few species in my collection have started exploding for me and so I've decided to make some available - introducing Gyna caffrorum, Symploce morsei, and Eurycotis lixa!
Gyna caffrorum:
This roach sports a very unusual color pallet of blue, gray, white, and black at adulthood, often forming to create a picture very reminiscent of the moon in the nights sky (or at least to me). These reproduce in huge numbers and the nymphs would make very good feeders in the case that they weren't allowed to burrow away. Adults can climb and fly, but the chance of escapees can be reduced by only dealing with them in the daytime and providing a deep substrate.
***Starter colony of 15 small nymphs - $25***

FLORIDA LEGAL:
Symploce morsei:
This small, yet very intriguing roach species is (in my opinion) the prettiest of any members of its genus currently being cultured in captivity. Young nymphs have a high resemblance to those of Blattella, but eventually change to a very Parcoblatta-esque look, gaining crimson red and bronze coloration with off-white blotches along the border of the abdomen. At adulthood, they no longer take after either of these genera and develop a very nice, golden top side and a white bottom side with attractive black speckling. These guys have definitely proven to be prolific, but do have a slightly longer maturation time of around 6 months. Hatchlings are abundant and also very tiny, requiring a sealed lid and very small pinholes/micro mesh to prevent escapes.
***Starter colony of 12 small nymphs - $30***

Eurycotis lixa:
Despite entering the hobby nearly half a decade ago, this species has remained rare in collections. The Hustler Roach, as it is commonly referred to, grows to one of the largest sizes of any roach being bred in captivity that sports the "classic cockroach" body style and measures just under Eurycotis opaca in length. It also displays something that is very rare among currently cultivated roaches, a pure jet black body. These don't like crowding and may cannibalize if population density is too high. Likewise, they also are infamous for cannibalizing oothecae, but this practice can be lessened with more frequent feeding and/or providing good surface cover or completely prevented by removing said oothecae from the main enclosure.
***Starter colony of 10 small nymphs - $35***

OR, if you are interested in both S.morsei and E.lixa, take the FL Legal Pack and get a starter colony of each for $60!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Larger quantities available on everything upon request.
U.S only.
Shipping either $9 or $12 depending on whether a heat pack and/or insulation is needed.
Shoot me a PM if interested.
