How do you know whether or nnot the hygrometer is accurate? What is it's range?

I have heard that Fluker's will not exchange a defective meter and advise the customer to "take it back to the store". Are you selling these "As is and Shown"?

the range is 20-99% RH for the hygrometer. Yes I am selling these "as is shown in the picture" I have four of these in my different net cages and it works pretty well. I know when I should spray and when not to spray. It also saves the high and low temperatures for you.
