Life got pretty overwhelming for a bit but I have pics of my first mantis! Ended up a boy, and he's currently an adult so I'm not sure how much longer I'll have him, but he's darn cute. Had a hot summer so he grew up pretty fast.
Bit of fake fur in one of the earlier ones but I was busy trying to not lose him since he really just wanted to keep climbing my hands. Very friendly. Was a bit worried about taking him out as an adult because male, and wings, but he really just super enjoys climbing hands and so far has been quite behaved. Still keeping aware in case I have to go darting off to retrieve him.
