I got home to find that my second Miomantis Binotata female is indeed fertile. They look so cute before they dry and lose the red coloration.

I should have some of these for sale soon.

I noticed this species seems to not have any preference when it come to ooth placement. I caught this female in the act of laying one on the paper towel this morning

Previous ooths had been laid on mesh, on twigs, and on the side of the deli cup (as well as one more on the bottom of the cup).
