Fruit Flies and Molting?

I'm new to mantis keeping (my L3 giant Asian mantids are supposed to come in the mail today), so sorry if this is a dumb question, but it's better to be safe than sorry, right? :D Is it okay to leave fruit flies in their container when the mantids are molting?

Also, I know that adult crickets will eat a mantis, but will pinhead crickets do the same? I think they probably would, but I'm curious.

And while I'm at it, what about dubia roaches? Those might climb over a molting mantis, I think...

 
Yes fruit flies and cockroaches are fine, crickets are not (small crickets and small mantid nymphs equals the same problem as in adults). See my post from a few days ago...
