Hi, does anyone know if sucking up fruit flies from the tub with a pooter can have any health issues with obviously breathing in air from the fruit fly tub......

I doubt it. I prefer to tap them out.

I've been doing it for decades and theres N, Nh, Nnnu, theres Nnnnnnuh, Nothing wrong with me !!!
ha ha, yea we can see that! The blue bottle flys are starting to bother me! For some reason when I work with them, my nose gets stuffy, and if anyone out there knows why, keep it to your self! I rather not know.......I think

I would worry about mold spores myself, but hey ... brain damage can be fun and who wants to live forever anyway. ;- >

what? havn't you heard of 'mantis rearers lung'

imo, it cant be good breathing millions of spores in. depends how rancid it is.

sayin that we breath em in all the time dont we.

and the industrial strength viniger fumes probably only slightly harmful!

and then theres yeast infections. not sure if thats just a 'lady problem' or what it is at all- not being a lady (the name gives it away there abit lol)

just in case it is harmfull (why risk it), release em next to a window and suck em up from there. not many fly ito the room, really !

must ave breathed in quite a bit went to the toilet the other day when i looked there was a loaf of bread and a load of mashed potatoes. lol....
