Gallery posting not allowed?

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue!

I've finally gotten a few good pics of some of my mantises and would like to post them to the gallery, but it says I'm not allowed. Do I need to get an admin's OK or what?

Here's the error I get when I try to "create my first album":

The following errors were found, please correct them:

You must select a category

You must select a category

You are not allowed to post images in this category so there is no reason for you to create an album in it

I can't select any categories because they are all grayed out!

Any help would be appreciated!

I had the Exact same problem but I'm not actually good with computers so I just assumed I was doing something wrong and gave up.

Did you go to the upper right hand corner and click the drop down menu under your name? When it comes down select gallery and then you can select create a new album.

Well, I *did* get to that area that way, but as I said, I got that error message while trying to create the album, so...

I dig up this thread 'cause I think it's not useful to create an other one. I used the search tool but I didn't find the exact thing I was looking for.

Is there really a limit of 20 pictures per album or there is a problem with my album in the gallery ?

I tried to upload new pictures of Aluine but after the 20th it says I can't upload anymore...
