Just a couple of mating shots from tonight.

Here is a pair of Rhombodera valida. This is her second mating. Waiting on a FAT ooth soon. Hopefully...

This is a pair and a half of Creobroter apicalis. She snagged the first male and got him too good too quick, so I decided to strike while the iron was hot and threw another male into the mix.

Congratulations! I hope you have success with your valida. I was only able to mate one female. She laid an ooth about three weeks after I mated her. I hope it's fertile since another female ate my only male.

The apicalis look like gemmatus

Im good at noticing differences in creos but not at applying the characteristics to a species

I'll take some Rhombodera when they reproduce...

The gemmatus are smaller. I no longer have them, as I liked the larger apicalis better. I let the gemmatus become extinct to have more room.

Good job on valida! Nice to know there are others keeping them going. I've got 2 mated females myself with no males remaining, so I hope they are fertile.
