Ghost feeding

So I ordered 3 ghost mantis nymphs and I ordered fruit flies.

How long will I feed them this?

What do they prefer when?

mine are L2 L3 and are starting to eat house flies

I got mine as subadult and it could eat large crickets (with the back legs removed) by then. They are usually kinda shy about eating but they LOVE flies of any kind.
