my dad fractured a rib and had some skin cancer removed and asked me to post pictures to be sure he has a boy and a girl and ask if you know if anyone can tell their "instar"

he says the green one should be girl because of color and head protrusion and darker one is male. here are pictures...sorry if I rushed

"dad" here...i think they are presub...didnt see swollen wingbuds but not sure of the real indicators. they just look small for even pre-sub.

my son asked me if I was sure they were male and female and I said the green color are mostly female and the fat one-curved head-prot. is consistant, the male usually have thinner knurled or two-curved prot. and rarely show the green coloration.

thanks for the PM's I am feeling better...I did not see wing buds yet but have not looked due to my current inability to really "play" with my guy & gals

Definitely a pair. Always hard to guess instar from photos but I would guess pre-sub or less.

Hope you're feeling better soon!
