I remember reading somewhere that if you kept Ghost mantis in a communal setup, there was nothing you could do to stop them from breeding. I didn't take too much stock in this, And admittedly I wanted them to make a 2nd generation so I took no steps to prevent breeding. But I wasn't expecting them to be quite so insistent on breeding.
I'm now quite convinced that there is indeed nothing you can do to stop them from breeding if they are kept communally.
