I received a ghost mantis nymph about two months ago and it has yet to molt even once. The other ones I received along with her have molted at least once in my care. She is maybe L5 so she has clearly molted before. Is there something wrong?

 
How much has she been eating? What are the temps? Humidity? Does she have space to molt?
