ghost mantis not eating

my L5 ghost mantis hasn't eaten anything proper in about a week. shes not due molt so i know its not that. the only things she'll eat is honey and ffs.

its like shes scared of normal sized food. she looks really skinny aswel.

is she ill?

If she looks fine otherwise I wouldn't worry. You said she will eat ff's. Maybe the other food is too big and scares her. If she will eat the ff's then feed her a lot of them. If she catches and eats something then I wouldn't worry.

no. nymphs of mine have episodes halfway through an instar where they don't want to eat for a few days. I think it's perfectly normal.
