Giant African Mantis Puking

As I was getting ready to feed my female Giant African Mantis which is about 10 months old, I noticed it was puking up a reddish, brown substance. I am concerned for her health. She's laid 3 eggs and I feed her one cricket every 2-5 days. I dont know if I am feeding her too much or spraying her too much. I spray her 2 times a day. Please help

I have noticed my mantises puking sometimes after eating crickets. I started feeding flies to them only, and haven't noticed it since.
