giant asain problem????

2 of my giant asain sub adult both died from the same thing they get really flimsy and weak almost like mush and just die I mean I have plenty but I get upset is it something im doing wrong here as there all kept in large ventelated enclosures what usually causes this to happen ive seen mismolts act like this if they fall before they dry but this happen out of nowhere without falling from a molt? thank to anyone who can help out!

Dont know what causes this I got a few giant asian sub adults too and have never seen this kind of thing maybe too much humidity or as been stated you using chemicals around them?
