I woke up this morning to find that one of my BF females has some kind of goo on half her head and she smells bad.She is also moving very slowly.Any one have any idea what's going on?

It might be vomit. As mantids tend to stay upside down the vomit drips from the mouth to the top of its head making it gooey looking and smelly. Vomit can signify overfeeding or incoming death by old age or disease. Either way it might explain why your mantid is getting slow. Just in theory. I never had mantids vomiting so i can't be sure.
