Hello from San Francisco! Just wanted to introduce myself, as I am new to the forum.
I am about the raise my second mantis, which I have purchased from the very helpful Carey Kurtz at MantisPets.com! I am looking forward to the arrival of my new pet, which will be an L6 female clinia humeralis. I should probably meet her before deciding on a name, but I am leaning towards calling her "Jemima."
My last mantis, Floyd (may he rest in peace), was a rockstar. I found him in my apartment, which is especially odd since I live in an urban city. So, I adopted him, and he became an unexpected bright spot in my world.
I'm grateful to have found this forum, and look forward to meeting you all. Thank you in advance for all of the information which you have shared here, that I am sure will prove especially valuable. And of course, I shall introduce you to Jemima when she arrives.
