Hello follow mantid enthusiasts!
Fairly new to the mantis community, going on about 9 months now and see no signs of stopping. These creatures are elegant and absolutely hypnotizing. Before getting in the hobby, I had no idea what all was involved and what this would evolve into. Vivarium upkeep and improvement, and bug feeder health and variety were two of them. They add a whole other aspect to mantid husbandry and has opened my eyes and mind to all insects.
It has been said that without humans, insects will continue to live, but without insects, humans could not survive. Humbling to think about, cheers!
