Griffin Mantis Needs?

Hello all! I have just gotten a griffin mantis, L2. I am having a very hard time finding information on this species, other than the fact it gets huge and is from Cameroon Africa. Does anyone keep these and have any advice toward special needs or considerations. Right now I am feeding him hydei FF. Anything anyone would like to pass on is much appreciated! Thanx in advance. Tough as nails, and really easy. Also they dont get that big (roughly 3.5 inches)

I got one from Rebecca and the mantis was HUGE! She was massive and sturdy.I named her Tank. She moved with me when we all moved to a new apartment.

Not much to say as they are fine kept at typical normal settings. Humidity of about 50-60% RH and room temperature of 70-80 degrees F. They prefer flying prey but will eat about anything. As such they are great for beginners as they are hardy, and easy to care for. My males got to about 3.75" in length and females are 4".

I raised several to adults, with one remaining, and hatched a ooth and have a few nymphs left that I kept.
