My friend from LA whom I sent a little mantis as new pet to cheer her up calls and says the little dude molted and when she got to him his arm was still trapped in the skin. I told her if she had the kahunas to get a pair of tweezers and her magnifying glass and see if she could tell where the skin ended. Take the tweezers and maybe a needle to work the skin down wards the gripper foot. Anyway, she was able to free his arm but it had been in there for so long an dangling upsidedown for so long the arm is a bit longer and kind of twisted to the point where he can't really grab anythig but is able to get around. She decided to hand feed him until the next molt. With that arm like that I was wondering if she should just go ahead and freeze the poor little dude??? :(

If the other arm is normal I would snip the bad one off with a clean sterile pair of scissors or something.

ACK ! ugly font color ... old eyes like mine cant see it well ... had to highlight it ... :D
