H. Majuscula Dead

My adult female H. Majuscula died last night. She only produced one ootheca. This is the third time this has happened. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before? She may have been egg bound. She just laid her first and only ootheca about two weeks ago. Is this normal for them to only produce one ootheca and die?

Thats what my female wahlbergii did. I still dont know why. The only thing to do is to get another female and try to start over. Sorry.

same happened last time with me, but recently mine died without producing any
