Has anyone hatched 2 or more ooth in the same container?

This should be okay providing they are like species.

@Serle Yes, I tend to incubate two ooths in one quart containers (5" long x 5" wide x 9" tall). Also in my custom 5 gallon container (16" long x 9" wide x 9" tall) I have hatched 3 to 5 ooths at a time. It just depends on the species, as some only hatch 20 nymphs (Stagmomantis carolina) and others 100 or more (Tenodera sinensis).

Well if they will be okay depends on how large the container is, as they should have plenty of room to run/hide/live otherwise cannibalism is much more rampant. Of course the ooths need to be the exact same species, otherwise you are pitting the nymph species against each other (not to mention the task of trying to sort out the species). :(
