This is my first post here. I wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to all of you. We brought home a wild T. sinensis in mid-October and because of the information on this forum she lived quite a bit longer than I expected, which means we have more memories with her than we would have had otherwise. When we found her she was enjoying a Wooly Bear Slurpee, but that wasn't enough to keep my young daughter from falling in love with her and almost immediately giving her a name. Manti. A common name I suppose, for an uncommon friend.

Manti was quite the little joy to have around, but today she has gone west.

Thanks again, to all involved here.

Welcome.

Keeping one of those alive until February is pretty good.

Hope she is the first of many to come! T. sinensis are a favorite of mine. Such great personalities and character.
