Hello everyone.
My name is Ryan and I live in southcentral Alaska. I've always had an affinity for mantids and I really want to try raising them. I've been researching mantids as pets lately, and I think I'm ready to give it a go. Unfortunately, the temperatures are starting to drop and I'm not sure anyone would feel comfortable shipping up here until next Spring. I wonder if shipping with a heat-pack would work.
Whether I start now or next Spring, I intend to join this community and raise some mantids of my own.
