Hello from Ohio

Hello, Rachel here .. fairly new to mantid keeping. I started with reptiles and spiders. I work in a lab as a histology technician and I like to unwind with all my creatures when I get home.I currently have one giant Asian mantis, two giant shield mantises, two creobroter apicalus, and one ghost mantis, all fairly young between I3-5. Hoping to pick up some useful info about care and feeding .
