Help determining instar?

Hi! I was wondering if you guys might be able to help me guess at what instar my mantis is. She's a giant asian mantis,  and has had at least 3 confirmed molts (when I got her she had a molt in her container, and she's molted twice in my care). I'm estimating L5 or L6 (pretty sure she was at least L3 when I got her), but she's my first mantis so I don't have any firsthand experience watching them grow. You can see her wing buds pretty clearly after her most recent molt,

I was pretty sure she was female, but after her molt I took another look at her abdominal segments and I think I may or may not have gotten it wrong because it looks like she might have a few very subtle segments at the tip of her abdomen, though it's hard to say for sure. (I doubt she cares what I call her)

Btw, you tell the gender by looking at the underside of the abdomen, not the top. It looks like a male.
