HELP!! Mantis final molt

When I found him he had already started molting on the side of his enclosure. He's done molting but one of his raptor arms seems to be stuck and possibly his antennas. What do I do? How long should I wait to intervene??

He's a stagmomantis Limbata. I do not use a humidity reader. But I do mist them 2-3 times a day. His name is Binx and is 3rd generation.

Also we're both so. Cali natives. If that makes a difference
