Hestiasula major - Giant Boxer Mantis I can not find info on them? I have had mine about 3 months, it is not even close to a giant anything barely the size of my baby fingernail? When does it catch up to it's namesake?

The only common name I can reliably find for Hestiasula major is "Indian Unicorn Boxer Mantis" which is quite fitting, but they will never be giants. They will get to be a few inches long, if you have Creos I'd put them somewhere around there.
For the genus they might be large, I'm not sure, but again they'll only get a few inches in length.

I believe this species stays small, even when adult - maybe a little longer than an inch. Perhaps it's called the "giant" boxer mantis because it is larger than other species of boxer mantids? Mine are still quite small, maybe around half an inch, but they sure are cute, with their arm-waving. They even already have colorful arms at this stage.
