Heterochaetes feeding BB flies only?

Besides blue bottle flies - is there anything ELSE I should be feeding my "kids"? They are about L5 now & was wondering if they will still go after them once adult OR does anyone feed them anything else?

ps because I live in South FL - the heavy use of pesticides prevents me from wanting to catch things from outside.
