Hi guys,

I've sure missed this hobby and the forum. You might remember I had surgery at the beginning of the year, forcing me to stop the hobby for a while. I've seen a few fat moths and flies in the last couple days and I'm thinking my health is okay enough for me to start up again. I want to start off this time with just one little one and a simple one also. Any suggestions?

hey, you're back!!!

ummm, ghosts, creos, hierodula (any species), (any species), sphodromantis (any species, yet AGAIN) and oxyopsis gracilis are high on my suggestion list.

i would go with a sphodromantis. they are very easy to take care of and very beautiful! welcome back to this amazing hobby!! :)

Welcome back! I'm new since you left, but I welcome your return as I enjoy all of the people here. :) I'd say Iris Oratorias. They are super easy! Just mist and feed! LOL Literally. ;)
