Hello everyone!

I am amazed that mantids are so seemingly friendly. The way that they seem to look at you, and the way that they seem to exhibit no fear. They are amazing creatures of grace and beauty and I am happy to be in their company and yours.

My husband is known as Arkanis and I joined because I am interested in entering the photo contest.

My wife is a huge fan of Cicely Mary Barker (Flower Fairies, etc.) and pet lizards! Both of these hobbies mesh well with my love of bugs and plants.

I suppose she might join the forum if I wasn't hogging the computer all the time
