Hello all!

My name is Carla and I have been interested in animals (especially arthropods) for as long as I can remember. I am most fascinated by arachnids and insects, so I have read much about the different species and watched countless videos on the internet. I am hoping to get my first mantis soon (hierodula patellifera!) and I am very excited to learn more through this forum since not many people around me share this interest.

Hi Carla, welcome to the forum. I'm also new to mantis keeping and also don't really known anyone near me with this hobby so the forums have been a great place to learn and talk to others.
